COMFORT ZONE for Pressure Relief – The COMFORT ZONE cutout is an open area on the underside in the base of the saddle shell towards the nose that provides pressure relief for soft tissue by allowing the saddle padding to slightly push through the plane of the saddle base for extra comfort so you can ride longer and more comfortably. The LOVE CHANNEL - This saddle padding relief down the middle on the top center of WTB saddles from the rear of the saddle to approximately 50 mm (2”) from the tip of the saddle nose that provides soft tissue relief and prevents unwanted pressure that would otherwise cause numbness. FUSION FORM BASE TECHNOLOGY: WTB’s Fusion Form Nylon technology provides a flexible base that optimizes power transfer while absorbing vibrations, delivering a smoother and more comfortable ride over gravel terrains. Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
