Assemble the pull up bar, support it to the wall at a suitable height and draw 8 black dots; 2. Drill the holes with an electric drill (depth 7.5 cm); 3. Insert the expansion screw into the wall with a hammer, then remove the nut and washer; 4. Mount the rod on the expansion rod, attach the nut and washer and fix them; 5. If the bar is not stable, it is necessary to tighten the tool better to the wall and/or mount it correctly.

Refunds
