The heavy base plate and the sisal covered metal pillar that holds the tree together both make the Flower Cat Tree XXL extremely stable, so it is ideal for multi-cat households. The cat tree provides lots of space for claw sharpening, playing and dozing. The use of natural materials, like water hyacinth leaves and natural sisal, helps to give the cat tree a very natural look. The leaf-shaped platform on the first level helps yourr cat to climb the tree, so that it can easily reach the large beds above. The beds all have soft, reversible cushions to sleep on, and you can choose whether to place them with the cream coloured side up, to match the water hyacinth beds, or use the beige side to tone in with the natural colour of the pillar and base. The cushions are washable by hand at 30°C, so you can easily clean them when they get dirty. Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
