B&Q - Large Gabion Mesh Cage Retaining Wall Basket (100 X 80 X 30Cm)
This large gabion measures 100cm by 80cm by 30cm and is designed to create a garden feature or retaining wall that will transform your outdoor space with ease. The galvanized mesh sides fit together with metal connectors that simply spiral in and hold the pieces firmly - no tools required. 4 metal strengthening hooks are also included which help the basket maintain its shape when filled with material.
Construct the gabion and move it into place, then fill with the decorative stones, rocks or other solid material of your choice, and that's all there is to it; you now have a decorative garden feature that has the strength benefit of being able to be used as a retaining wall. The open design of the cage allows for easy drainage, and a major advantage of gabions is they are movable (once emptied) should you wish to reposition you feature. An inexpensive way of adding a modern tough to your garden or patio. Please note, stones not included.
