Sattina Chocolate Fudge Brownie Cake Mix 1Kg
This ready-to-use brownie mix lets you create a delicious chocolate fudge brownie, in just a few simple steps - follow the instructions included. Perfect to have on hand in your cakey cupboard for a quick and simple tasty treat. Each pack contains 1kg. Instructions: Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 3 /160c. Line a 10” x 8 baking tray with greaseproof paper. Add the brownie mix to a bowl and slowly add 200ml water and 100ml vegetable oil. Beat by hand or on a slow speed for 2 minutes with a mixer. Scrape down the sides then slowly mix for a further 2 minutes. Optional: Add 100g of chocolate chips and blend in for 30 seconds. Spread into the baking tray evenly and bake for approximately 1 hour on the middle shelf. To check if cooked, open the oven, pull out the shelf a little and gently shake the tin. If the brownie wobbles in the middle, slide back in, re-check every 5 minutes. The brownie is cooked when there is no wobble and the sides have begun to come away from the tin. Leave to completely cool before cutting. Just add water and oil!

Refunds
