A WATER-BASED PRIMER & STABILISING SOLUTION - Free from VOCs so low odour and rapid drying. Suitable for priming render, concrete, general masonry, natural stone, blockwork and clay based materials prior to painting. Improves the adhesion of paints. Can be used to seal surfaces prior to overlaying with micro cement toppings, carpets and tiles. PRIMES CONCRETE PRIOR TO PAINTING – Primes concrete floors and walls prior to painting. This includes general concretes and screeds. Can be used prior to applying 2-part epoxy and general durable paints. PRIMES RENDER PRIOR TO PAINTING – Suitable to priming and stabilising renders before painting. Improves the adhesion of paints. Suitable for any render which is to be cleaned and painted. APPLY ONCE - Apply once only. Apply at 1 litre to 8m2 with a masonry roller or brush, for highly porous surfaces a pump up sprayer can be used. Adjust based on the porosity of the surface. Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
