Product Description

Our Habitat 2 dwarf hamster, syrian hamster and mouse cage in green has been created with the welfare of pets at heart. It has been designed to be big enough to add a food bowl, an appropriately sized wheel for exercise, and playthings for enrichment. As with any small animal, we recommend you buy the largest cage possible to give your small animal the opportunity to dig, burrow and exercise daily, so our Habitat cages are available in a range of larger sizes at great value. Our Habitat 2 dwarf hamster, syrian hamster and mouse cage comes complete with a water bottle and an easy to install platform with ladder (to provide your pet with additional space to play, climb and exercise). The green base and platform will suit any home decor perfectly, helping to make your pet feel as at home as you do.Hamsters and mice lead active lives and as pets, need plenty of stimulation. Under-stimulated pets may show behaviours such as cage chewing, or over-using some toys such as wheels. To provide your pet with an enriching and stimulating environment, we recommend adding toys and tunnels to create your pet's very own playground adventure. Don't forget also that your pet will naturally love burrowing, so a deep layer of bedding (such as dust-free wood shavings or paper-based bedding) will provide endless fun (avoid using sawdust as this can make some pets ill).Your pet will also usually benefit from regular exercise in a safe and secure area outside of their cage. Some owners provide a secure playpen or an exercise ball for their pet to explore safely in, especially of an evening when they're more active and can be supervised accordingly.
