COBI-5891 Armed Forces Lockheed SR-71 Plane 1330Pcs
The COBI Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird allows you to build this American reconnaissance aircraft that served in the United States Air Force from the 1960s to the 1990s. The SR-71 had an advanced design, using titanium, which allowed it to withstand the extreme temperatures generated during supersonic flight. It was mainly used for intelligence gathering, and its ability to escape from enemy missiles was a legendary asset. Its maximum speed exceeded Mach 3 (over 3,700 km/h), and thanks to its operational altitude of up to 26 km, it was difficult for anti-missile defence systems to shoot down. Using 1374 high-quality COBI blocks, you can build this plane in 1:48 scale. The model features detachable landing gear, movable wing ailerons and an opening cockpit with space for figures. The model has been covered with durable prints depicting US Air Force markings. The set also includes a USAF pilot figure in a characteristic uniform reminiscent of astronaut suits!Size: 67.5 x 33.5 x 12.5cm (26.6 x 13.2 x 4.9 inches) 1:48 scale1374 elementsUSA Air Force markings Clear and intuitive instructions with illustrationsFully compatible with other brands of construction blocksSuitable for ages eight years and over Detachable landing gearMovable wing ailerons Opening cockpit with space for figures COBI Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird Set 1:48
