SUN AGED: From beautiful Tel Aviv, our whiskies soak up over 300 days of sun a year, the Mediterranean climate induces an accelerated aging process in our casks, leading to a deep and complex whisky. The world-renowned Dr. Jim Swan, a leading expert in hot-climate maturation, as our main consultant and first master distiller, oversaw this ground-breaking process. BEST SINGLE MALT IN THE WORLD: In 2023, our Elements Sherry Cask was named as the Best Single Malt in the World at the prestigious World Whisky Awards, fulfilling our dream of creating the world’s best whiskies. M&H ELEMENTS PEATED: The Atlantic meets the Mediterranean. This whisky is matured in barrels from Scotland’s Islay, soaked with smoky aromas and salted flavors, then blended with ex-bourbon barrel-aged single malt that was left to mature under the hot Tel Aviv sun. The result is delicate, rather mellow, and lightly peated whisky. AWARDS: Brand Innovator of the Year 2022 & 2023, Craft Producer of the Year 2023, Master Distillery of the Year 2023, San Francisco World Spirits Competition Double Gold 2024, International Spirits Challenge Gold 2024, IWSC Gold 2024 (95 points). TASTING NOTES: Aroma: Delightfully fresh. A distinct smoky, earthy scent opens to a unique balance of vanilla and oak notes, with a final hint of lemon. Palate: Medium bodied. Refunds
