ABOUT FACTOR55 00050-04: FlatLink is Factor 55’s original folding winch shackle bracket. Features include a precision shackle mounting hole and a folding design giving you a lower profile, and allowing for a better approach angle than ProLink. FlatLink doesn’t require splicing and is compatible with steel or synthetic ropes. EPDM RUBBER: The EPDM rubber guards protect alloy fairleads, prevents rattling, and is securely attached to the FlatLink with four barbed tips. CLOSED SYSTEM WINCHING: This product is compatible with Closed System Winching, a technique that uses rigging comprised entirely of closed-link hardware. With Closed System Winching you get the extra security and confidence needed to tackle the most demanding winch recoveries. TECHNICHAL SPECS: Double-shear pin and internal snap ring for an ultra-secure connection / EPDM rubber guards are attached with four barbed tips; it cushions line stowage, protects fairleads and prevents rattling / Precision machined from 6000 series aluminum. Refunds
